What support models does Bare.ID offer?

Bare.ID offers various support levels: during business hours, via email or phone, up to Premium (with a 24/7 emergency hotline). Individual agreements can also be made. Clear SLAs are defined for each model.

Does support assist with changes to configurations or integrations?

Yes. Bare.ID supports changes such as new Identity Providers, adjustments to sign-in flows, new applications, or modified HR/AD configurations.

Does Bare.ID also provide support for Keycloak-related issues?

Yes. Bare.ID uses Keycloak as its technical core and continuously keeps the platform up to date. This allows for support on Keycloak-specific topics such as federation configurations, policies, token flows, implementation details, or migration paths.

How is maintenance performed on the Bare.ID platform?

Bare.ID performs scheduled maintenance exclusively outside of regular business hours. Maintenance windows are announced at least one week in advance, allowing businesses to plan accordingly.
